Barn raising in Bucks

We’ve been travelling around a lot recently.  The last job was making a palace for guinea pigs in Kent.  This one is a slate-roofed barn in a garden in Buckinghamshire.  Designed in consultation with the client and built from scratch.  As usual assisted by Milo.  Wood was sourced from our experts at http://www.linnellbros.co.uk in Silverstone.

Shelter from the storm

Mervyn’s latest project has been to design and build a wet weather shelter for a local primary school. It was a tricky site on a slope and overhung by a tree with a Protection Order.  There is a seating area and a lockable shed for sports equipment.  The children are thrilled – using it as a play den on wet and sunny days.  All the wood was sourced from Linnells at Silverstone.

it’s a summer of fencing

This is a site where the customer had a new home built and wanted a fence along the boundary. They arranged the tarmacing themselves.

This is the back of the job. The neighbour on this side is still in the process of doing their landscaping, so their drive will be finished to blend with the fence gravel boards.
